this day started out with a bunch of ym greetings that woke me from a content slumber. i was happy i got a lot of them. made me feel special even thru the miles. after eating brunch, got a hint from those guys na may "party". our relatives were invited so i should dress up daw. not ung pambahay.. Dad called and told me to fix up cause we're going to the mall. e nung umuwe sha, nakatulog ako. so we went ng mga 5pm. as i left the warmth of my apartment to the freezing air of cold February, i failed to remember one thing. that it was just minutes ago when i fixed up so my hair was still wet. wet hair + cold wind = icicled hair! it was hilarous! after finding a way to get my hair back to normal, it was shopping shopping shopping for me! haha. i bought things for Florida. got Steve Madden shades and lots of other cool stuff. while trying some clothes on, vanity struck so i posed posed posed. after shopping we went to fetch Mom from work. when we got home, Dad told me to stay put outside the floor door until they called for me. i thought everyone was hiding or something. told myself to act suprised. haha. but when i opened our door, i saw candles everywhere! rose petals on the floor and sweet music playing. waaah! i couldn't contain myself and i cried! talk about suprises! i really cried! it was SO overwhelming! no one else but my family. apparently, the big party was some shoot they cooked up to throw me off. brilliant! haha. at the end of the candlelit path was my beautiful cake! it was a princess cake with 20 candles!! i told them i wanted a cake with 20 candles! not just some number candles, but the real thing. cool!! loved my cake! there was a barbie doll standing and her dress was made of chocomarble. the sheet was made of vanilla and chocolate! my brothers are so sweet!! kwento nga nila, while buying for the cake, the baker said that that was the best cake he made ever and asked for whom it was. they said,"for our sister." and the baker said, "she must be one special girl." and they said, "she is." ahw. *sniffles* Michael's gift was sitting on the couch. it was a beautiful italian street scenes painting with black frame. God, was it classy! and it was in sepia! weehoo! it was absolutely breathtaking. so after pictures here and there, eating time. yum! they cooked carbonara [na dapat ako ang maglluto] pati frozen strawberries with chocolate. delish! while eating, i remembered Tita Marie's card. i got it earlier but i wanted to open it during the celebration along with the other gifts my fake-relatives-that-are-coming are bringing. so i opened it and it was this beautiful pop-up card with 13 balloons! [loved that it equaled 13! :D my fave number!] and hello Mr. Lincoln! i screamed in excitement and for the love of God, it was a hundred dollar bill! i can finally afford the mp3 player i wanted!! thank you, Tita Marie! that was so generous of you! :D then cake time na. of course, scrumptious. the cake was amazing and the icing too sweet for some but just fine for me. the fone rang and it was my block wishing me a happy birthday and a happy valentines day!! wee! ang saya! heard almost everyone! ang sweet naman.. sobra. heehee. :) the celebration ended. all were satisfied, especially moi. fighting my urge to lie down and rest, i went and blogged, also uploaded pics. then i found this greeting card under my pillow from Dad, Mom, Kuya and Michael. everything absolutely special. :)

i love candles. they look great. feel warm. sometimes smell fantastic and picture amazingly beautiful.it was really my day. :)
